Andrew Kronick (Andy): Manager
Andy migrated from Boston, MA, USA to the Cayman Islands in 1997. He was an environmental chemist for 11 years.
During the years here, Andy and his wife have opened their house to both cats and dogs and currently they have 9
dogs, 3 cats and tadpoles growing in their water barrels. They also have saved many other dogs from terrible lives
by temporarily fostering them until proper homes could be found. Andy loves coming to work and being greeted by all
the dogs happy to see him. It's like a busman's holiday for him. Hopefully, this job will stop him from bringing in more
dogs to his house because he gets to see new dogs at the kennels every week that already have owners. He treats all
the animals like they were his own, except that he has to give these ones back.

Alison Jackson: Groomer / Trainer
I grew up being very involved with my Grandmother’s small farm/kennels in the South of England. I studied grooming and training both with “on the job” experience and with many study courses over the past 40 plus years.
Grooming should be a positive experience for your dog and you. I am a firm believer in “where there’s a will there’s a way” when it comes to grooming or training, I prefer to take my time to calm a nervous dog than to “just put on a muzzle”. With a little patience and caring anything is possible.
Nancy Parker: Kennel Hand
I worked for several years at an animal shelter in the States. I was also a Police Officer for many years. I love being back with the animals - they always greet you with happiness. |
